McAnally Scotsman Pit 1900 - Great Massingham Photograph

McAnally Scotsman Pit 1900

(NA / Great Massingham, Norfolk)

A vignette Post Card.
It is a posted one by the Rev. Charles McAnally.
Handwritten on the front (guess there is a copy of reverse somewhere)

Several cart iron hoop tyres at blacksmiths.
Several piles of chalk in front of Soul’s Row for road repairs. Lot of Ivy on the flint cottages.
Nice pair of ornamental gates in church wall.
To the left & adjoining The Old Bakehouse is a small cottage with dormer window ( this is the only picture I’ve ever seen of it).
Gentleman & 2 children laying on green in front of Osterville.
Well on far right.
